If an item is approved for return, exchange, or to cancel an order, the credit card fees and shipping charges are not returned to the customer. Helvie® Knives LLC has a manufacturer warranty. Dropping a knife or tool and causing damage, wear and tare of usage, misuse of the knife or tool, are not manufacturing defects.
