The Helvie® personalized knife comes in two blade styles;

  1. The 1 3/4" Roughout blade. Approximately 1 3/4"  1/2" wide and .05" (1.27mm) thick. Handles are 5" long. Blade is a convex grind.
  2. The 1 1/4" Detail blade. Approximately 1 1/4" long, 3/8" wide, and .032" (.81mm) thick. Handles are 5" long. Blade is a scandi grind.

**Personalization can be up to 25 characters, and this includes spaces.

Handle material will vary between maple and cherry, depending on what we have in stock at the time of making.
