The Helvie® roughout natural wood sweep blade comes in 3 different lengths; approximately 1 3/4", 2", & 2 1/4" and is 1/2" wide, and .05" (1.27mm) thick. Blades are sharpened on the sweep (curved) edge of the blade. Handle is 5" long. Knives come in a natural wood of our choosing. Blade is a convex grind.
