Refunds/Returns & Exchanges & Manufacturing Warranty

We do not offer refunds, or accept returns, or exchanges. All items are hand made. Please be sure that you select and purchase exactly what you want. In the rare event that an item is approved for return, exchange, or to cancel an order, the credit card fees, processing fees, and shipping charges are not returned to the customer. Shipping charges only applies if the item was already shipped. Each individual situation must be approved by Helvie Knives LLC.

Helvie Knives LLC has a manufacturer warranty that our knives & tools are covered ONLY if it is a manufacturing defect. Dropping a knife or tool and causing damage, wear and tare of usage, misuse of the knife or tool, are NOT manufacturing defects.

Exercise caution when opening packaging. Dropping a brand new knife/tool upon opening a package is not a manufacturing problem. It is recommended you open your new Helvies over a surface.
